Public art and beauty in public spaces are subjective--their impact on places and our daily lives is transformational.
From the Wynwood Walls in Miami to the High Line in Manhattan, cities are embracing the arts and placemaking as accelerants to economic development, civic pride and community engagement.
Join us on Thursday, November 16 for an evening with Danny Harris, San Jose Program Director with the Knight Foundation, to discuss how Los Altos can embrace and accelerate its Public Art Master Plan. We’ll explore best practices from around the country and discuss the potential impact of the new plan on the City’s future.
Don’t miss this unique opportunity to learn more about how other cities have developed and implemented their master arts plans—the challenges they faced and what was achieved.
This event is complimentary but be sure to register since seats are limited.
